Tess continues to update her skills at seminars and training days on several occasions throughout the year as this is a compulsory requirement of all registered, practising health professionals.
Tess is passionate about using food as medicine and featured on Channel Ten’s cooking show ‘Ready Steady Cook’ in 2009 to promote the fact that “eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring…it’s just about making ‘better’ choices, for example, swapping white rice for the ancient grain quinoa or the high fibre brown rice! Food can be interesting and in being creative with food, trying different grains to wheat, alternatives to dairy, exploring all the different coloured fruits and vegetables, you eat to nourish your body and have fun at the same time…food is medicine”. Tess is committed to helping you feel better everyday, whatever state of health you are in.
